ok...i have a comic idea...but...do you think its easier to write the story out completely first or just draw as i go?

I do "Answer 2 plus simple storyboard" myself. And though I've tried doing the "draw as you along" and it seems to work at first, you might find that you'll need to re-draw portions of the pages... but yeah, always storyboard, that way you can tweak your scenes to your liking without having to erase too much.
